1. General This website is operated by Leann Thompson Fine Art. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products All prints and products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of fine art printing. Limited edition prints are hand-signed and numbered and are sold as collectible works of art.
3. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Leann Thompson and are protected by copyright law. No artwork or image may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without express written permission from the artist.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping We take great care in packaging each piece for safe delivery. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.
6. Returns All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged items.
7. Limitation of Liability Leann Thompson Fine Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
